Each day the Tellepsen Family Downtown YMCA works with our neighbors to ensure everyone, regardless of age, income or background has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive. Thanks to funds raised through our annual Partners Campaign, we are able to fulfill this mission through subsidized programs and direct financial assistance. Funds raised during the campaign will be used to directly address three key issues impacting our community: childhood obesity, drowning prevention and low graduation rates. One hundred percent of all dollars raised from our campaign stay at the Tellepsen Family Downtown YMCA and are invested directly into programs serving our community.

This is one event you don’t want to miss. Every year, in October, Houston Pavilions teams up with local sponsors for a fun filled, two-day event, benefiting Pup Squad Animal Rescue. Local architects and creative individuals come together and create artistic and unique doghouses, which are awarded prizes and then auctioned off. There is great food, drink specials, music, family activities, and yes dogs are welcome! Friday kicks off the festivities with a dog-friendly Yappy Hour and the silent auction and display of the doghouses will be held on Saturday.
